- For Breakfast : 2 HARD BOILED EGGS and A TOMATO TOO
- At 10:30am : EAT A BIG RED GRAPEFRUIT(they burn fat)
- At 01:00pm : EAT 200gms OF CHICKEN BREAST (GRILLED)
- At 03:15pm : EAT 2 APPLES.
- At 06:00pm : 200gms OF FISH FILLETS
- At 08:30pm : A BIG ORANGE
